Odessa - IRON TYPE IAB-MG, 16.2 kg

Large iron meteorite from Odessa Texas. Exhibits dark brown, red, and black patina and has various large sculpted sections, including a shallow bowl on one side.

This Odessa meteorite has impeccable provenance, having been in the collection of the University of New Mexico, Institute of Meteoritics. It was traded and passed through the collections of both Mr. Meteorite and Skyfall Meteorites. Provenance includes original sample card from the University of New Mexico.
