ESQUEL - SLICE, 1007 g
Esquel is considered to be the most beautiful of all pallasites and highly sought after by collectors. It is a very stable and durable meteorite. This is a huge slice, weighing 1 kg. It has exquisite green and yellow olivine crystals throughout. Both sides are polished. Note - wavy lines on one side are just patterns in the epoxy protective coating made by Robert Haag for artistic purposes. Coating can easily be removed or made flat like the obverse side.
